This paper presents an innovative psychosocial risk prevention intervention in a water management company in Barcelona, which integrates models of resilience, stress coping and healthy leadership with arts-based methodologies using music and image.

Within the framework of the corporate psychosocial risk prevention plan, a 2024-2026 program was implemented to strengthen resilience, stress-coping strategies and healthy leadership, focusing on the sustainable impact of the arts on occupational health and wellbeing.

The diagnostic models AFRONTA R3.0 and LIDERA R3.0 were used, combining self-assessment questionnaires with the F-PSICO instrument and the personalized prescription of resources via the corporate digital Wellbeing and Health platform. Risk outcomes were measured before and after two blocks of arts-based workshops: eight weekly sessions of mindfulness and photography (2024) and four workshops to develop stress-coping competences through music (2025). A further five music-integrated healthy leadership workshops for managers (January-May 2026) will be implemented and evaluated in June 2026.

Initial analyses show perceived improvements in working conditions and stress coping, with reductions in psychosocial risk indicators in the range of 20-30%, as well as changes oriented towards care and mental health. This experience illustrates how the arts, embedded in structured occupational health programs, can generate sustainable alliances between art and medicine in complex organizational settings.
