The Art of Energy Healing – a Mystery Unveiled
Text
Background: Neuroscience, epigenetic and medical science, confirm the direct impact of art on human wellbeing and health. Every piece of art has its particular energy and frequency, which the audience senses. Energy affects the physical wellbeing.
Objective: To create a bridge between art and energy healing techniques. To explore the effectiveness of energy healing and encourage its inclusion in public healthcare, thereby enriching the possibilities of healing and relieving an overloaded healthcare system.
Methods/Results: Art was successfully used in ancient healing temples in Egypt and Greece to promote healing by creating a stressless atmosphere, enhancing relaxation and thereby allowing self-healing abilities to set in.
Traditional Chinese Medicine works since 1000s of years through meridians, which are energy paths. The placebo effect is applied in modern western medicine. Art is known to increase dopamine and is applied in therapies for Parkinson. Recent ‘quantum healing’ techniques use energy and consciousness to promote self-healing based on the human body’s innate regeneration abilities.
Scientific supporting facts: Quantum physics states that energy and matter are interrelated and matter is a condensed form of energy. Albert Einstein proved that energy can be converted into mass.
Masaru Emoto, doctor of alternative medicine, proved that water reacts to human thoughts and emotions.
The conclusion is inevitably that energy and consciousness can affect healing and art can be one of the applied tools. Thoughts turn into words, words turn into actions and actions form our reality. The effectiveness of any form of energy healing is a logical consequence.
