      <MainHeadline>Text</MainHeadline><Pgraph><Mark1>Einleitung: </Mark1>Tabakrauchen wird als umweltbedingter Risikofaktor f&#252;r die Entwicklung mehrerer chronisch entz&#252;ndlicher Erkrankungen gesehen. Es gibt Hinweise darauf, dass das Rauchen die Symptome und den Krankheitsverlauf verschlimmert <TextLink reference="1"></TextLink>, <TextLink reference="2"></TextLink>. Einige Studien belegen, dass Raucher mit rheumatoider Arthritis einen h&#246;heren Bedarf an krankheitsmodifizierenden Antirheumatika (DMARD) haben <TextLink reference="3"></TextLink>. Die epidemiologischen Daten zum Rauchverhalten von rheumatologischen Patient&#42;innen sind in den L&#228;ndern sehr heterogen <TextLink reference="4"></TextLink>, <TextLink reference="5"></TextLink>, <TextLink reference="6"></TextLink>, <TextLink reference="7"></TextLink>, <TextLink reference="8"></TextLink>, <TextLink reference="9"></TextLink>, <TextLink reference="10"></TextLink>, <TextLink reference="11"></TextLink>). Mit dieser Studie wurden die Rauchgewohnheiten und die Motivation zu einer Raucherentw&#246;hnung in Sachsen-Anhalt erfasst.</Pgraph><Pgraph><Mark1>Methoden: </Mark1>Im Rahmen einer monozentrischen Querschnittsstudie in Halle (Saale) mit sukzessiver Rekrutierung f&#252;llten die Teilnehmer&#42;innen einmalig einen Online-Fragebogen in LimeSurvey aus. Es wurden Daten zu Alter, Geschlecht, Bundesland, Sozialstatus, rheumatischer Erkrankung, Erkrankungsdauer, Rauchgewohnheiten und Motivation zur Raucherentw&#246;hnung erfasst.</Pgraph><Pgraph><Mark1>Ergebnisse: </Mark1>F&#252;r die vorl&#228;ufige Auswertung lagen 714 vollst&#228;ndige Frageb&#246;gen vor. 64,1&#37; der Befragten waren weiblich. Das Durchschnittsalter lag bei 60 Jahren. 26,1&#37; waren aktive Rauchende (weiblich 59,1&#37;), 36&#37; waren ehemalige Rauchende (weiblich 56,4&#37;), 73,9&#37; waren Nichtrauchende (weiblich 65,9&#37;). Von insgesamt 378 Patient&#42;innen mit rheumatoider Arthritis rauchten 31,5&#37; (35,9&#37; der Seropositiven, 23&#37; der Seronegativen). Von 146 Patient&#42;innen mit Spondyloarthropathien waren 29,5&#37; Rauchende. Von 107 Patient&#42;innen mit Vaskulitis oder Polymyalgie waren 7,5&#37; Rauchende. Von 58 Patient&#42;innen mit Kollagenosen waren 19,0&#37; Rauchende. Die Teilnehmerzahlen in den &#252;brigen Gruppen waren zu niedrig, um verl&#228;ssliche Aussagen zu treffen. In 86,0&#37; der F&#228;lle wurden nur Zigaretten, in 5,4&#37; E-Zigaretten, in 2,7&#37; Tabakerhitzer konsumiert. Eine Kombination von zwei oder drei Produkten gaben 5,9&#37; der Patient&#42;innen an.</Pgraph><Pgraph>Von den aktiven Rauchenden hatten 68,1&#37; nicht vor, den Nikotinabusus zu beenden. 6,5&#37; gaben an, in den n&#228;chsten vier Wochen und 25,4&#37;, in den n&#228;chsten sechs Monaten das Rauchen einzustellen. 12,9&#37; w&#252;rden an einem Raucherentw&#246;hnungsprogramm teilnehmen wollen. Die bisher am h&#228;ufigsten genutzten Raucherentw&#246;hnungsma&#223;nahmen waren die eigene Willenskraft und das soziale Umfeld.</Pgraph><Pgraph><Mark1>Schlussfolgerung: </Mark1>Trotz allgemein bekannter Risiken rauchen 26,1&#37; der Rheuma-Patient&#42;innen. Derzeit gibt es begrenzte Daten f&#252;r die Auswirkungen von Raucherentw&#246;hnungsma&#223;nahmen bei Menschen mit rheumatischer Erkrankung. Qualitativ hochwertige randomisierte kontrollierte Studien zur Raucherentw&#246;hnung sind w&#252;nschenswert, da die Studienlage zeigt, dass Rauchen einen negativen Einfluss auf die Krankheitsaktivit&#228;t, die Behandlungserfolge und die Komorbidit&#228;ten hat.</Pgraph></TextBlock>
