<MainHeadline>Text</MainHeadline><Pgraph><Mark1>Background:</Mark1> In Türkiye, the Ministry of Health regulates music therapy under the Traditional and Complementary Medicine (GETAT) framework. Guidelines define clinical processes, documentation standards, contraindications, ethical obligations, and the certification and training standards required for music therapy practice (1). National legislation requires that all related interventions be under the responsibility of a physician holding a related Ministry-approved GETAT certificate, who may deliver or supervise such practices (2), (3). However, documentation on how music therapy clinics operate and lived experience under these regulations in daily practice is limited.</Pgraph><Pgraph><Mark1>Objectives:</Mark1> This study aims to explore how a music therapy clinic operates within the GETAT framework, built not only within regulations but also in artistry, culture, and interdisciplinary collaboration between a physician and a music therapist.</Pgraph><Pgraph><Mark1>Methods:</Mark1> Outlining key GETAT requirements, evaluating the clinic setup, and identifying areas where the team adapts or supplements the system. Feedback and reflections from both the supervising physician and the music therapist, capturing multidisciplinary professional perspectives.</Pgraph><Pgraph><Mark1>Results:</Mark1> Findings will be updated in 2026.</Pgraph><Pgraph><Mark1>Conclusion:</Mark1> This study provides early operational insights into Music Therapy practice within Türkiye’s healthcare system and highlights areas for future refinement in Arts in Health practice.</Pgraph><Pgraph><Mark1>References:</Mark1> </Pgraph><Pgraph>1) T.C.
