Drawing on theories of embodied cognition and predictive processing, participants engage in guided movement tasks that illuminate the body’s role in perception, meaning-making, and decision formation. The workshop demonstrates how somatic experience can be systematically documented and analyzed to generate research data. Participants will learn embodied observation tools, movement-based data collection methods, and micro-moment analysis techniques.
